Workspaces, branding and preferences

Rename and restyle your workspace, and set personal preferences that follow you.

Workspace settings control what everyone sees — name, icon, timezone and defaults. Personal preferences (density, theme, notifications) follow your account across workspaces.

Administrators find them under Settings → Workspace: rename, restyle, set defaults like currency and working hours, and manage installed apps.

Under your profile: notification channels, theme and display density. Preferences are per-person — changing yours affects nobody else.
