What is a webhook?
Your system gets pinged the moment something happens — no polling.
A webhook is an automatic HTTP callout to your system when an event occurs — a work order closed, an alert raised, a shipment received. Instead of polling for changes, the platform pushes the event to you as it happens.
Webhooks drive integrations: alert raised → message the on-call channel; receipt posted → update the ERP. They're the real-time complement to periodic API sync.
