Welcome to Handhaaf

How the platform is organised, and the fastest path to a running workspace.

Handhaaf keeps your assets, maintenance work, people and monitoring in one workspace. This guide orients you so the rest of the help center makes sense.

Everything you do happens inside a workspace — the boundary for your data, team and permissions. A workspace belongs to your organisation, and organisations can run several workspaces (for example per site or business unit).

• How Handhaaf is organised
• Workspace — your team's home: assets, work, inventory and settings live here.
• Apps & add-ons — install what your operation needs from STOLO, the in-platform marketplace.
• Registry — the master records (assets, locations, people) that every app works on.
