Handhaaf is built local-first: work orders, inspections and readings capture offline on any device and sync automatically when connectivity returns. Nothing a technician logs in a dead zone is lost.

• Everything you log writes to the device first — the queue holds it until it can sync.
• On reconnect, queued changes upload and merge; conflicts surface rather than overwrite.
• The sync indicator shows pending work — green means everything has landed.
