Connect sensors and data sources

Bring vibration, temperature and other condition data into Handhaaf.

Monitoring starts with sources: physical sensors on machines, gateway integrations, or manual readings logged on rounds. Each source feeds measurements onto the assets it watches.

• Add a source

• Healthy data
• Check the source's last-seen timestamp — a silent sensor looks like a healthy asset.
• Name sources for the point they measure (e.g. "DE bearing — Pump 7") so alerts make sense to anyone.
