Who changed what, when — every record carries its own timeline.

Every record in Handhaaf carries an activity timeline: creates, edits, status changes, comments and syncs, each stamped with who and when.

Open any record's detail aside and scroll to Activity. For disputes — 'who approved this?', 'when did that status change?' — the timeline is the answer.

The trail is what makes the system trustworthy for audits and handovers: nothing is silently overwritten, and soft-deleted records stay recoverable.
